Commercial & Marketing
This area encompasses all activities relating to marketing and advertising across all of PRISA's media companies, as well as media handled by the Group on behalf of third parties. This division also coordinates the launch of promotional products, collectibles distributed with publications, and other brand and promotional marketing activities.

Sogecable Media S.A. was created in 2005 to manage all the advertising on the group’s media: Cuatro, Canal+ and other themed channels, and DIGITAL+ Magazine. Sogecable holds a 75% stake, with the other 25% belonging to Gerencia de Medios Impresos S.l. (GDM).

GDM is the leading multimedia advertising group in the Spanish and Portuguese markets. Established in 1990, it offers an extensive portfolio, at both a national and international level, of around 100 newspapers and magazines, radio stations, television channels and internet outlets. Through its Special Projects unit, GDM provides other profitable services in the areas of merchandising, promotional marketing, music, cinema and other creative endeavours in an effort to find new alternatives to traditional commercial media channels.

Prisa Innova is responsible for the development of promotional initiatives and brand awareness projects through culture and entertainment in Europe and Latin America.
Since being set up in 2005, it has run 35 promotions in 23 newspapers in ten Latin American and six European countries. France and Portugal comprise 50% of the company's activities.
PRISA Innova bases its activity on research and the constant search for business opportunities with three basic objectives: increased circulation, generation of additional revenues, and the consolidation of the brand value in the media.
