Gran Vía Musical (GVM) is responsible for the promotion and production of musical events and bookings through Planet Events, as well as rights management with Nova and Lirics & Music.

In early 2008, GVM acquired a majority stake in Spain’s leading music management and booking agency, Rosa Lagarrigue Management RLM) which has some of Spain's leading singers on its books, including Alejandro Sanz, David DeMaría, Calle París, La Unión, Miguel Bosé, Paloma San Basilio, Melendi, Raphael, Revolver, Second and The Cabriolets. It also acquired majority stake in the company Merchandising On Stage (MOS) which deals with the management of the rights of artists and entertainment brands. These two acquisitions extend the collaboration between GVM and RLM in Planet Events which was initiated in 1999 and which increases the share up to 70%.

Nova and Lirics & Music, meanwhile, manage 10,000 song titles. Among them are the very best of Spanish music of the past few decades. It worked as part of a joint venture with the agency Clipper's in comercialized their back catalogue.
