Europe

PRISA activity in international press received a decisive boost in 2005 with the decision to increase its stake in Groupe Le Monde et Partenaires Associés (MPA) to 15.01%. MPA publishes the prestigious French daily Le Monde

Since November, 2005, PRISA is the biggest shareholder in the Portuguese group Media Capital, which publishes Lux, Lux Woman, Grazia, Maxmen, Casas de Portugal, Portuguese Wines Briefing, Poster and Recreio.

America

As well as the international edition of El País, printed in Mexico and Buenos Aires, and distributed throughout Latin America, PRISA publishes the Bolivian papers Extra and La Razón, the country's biggest. PRISA is also behind the Mexican edition of Rolling Stone.
