All personal information you provide will be held on file by Promotora de Informaciones, SA, registered at Gran Vía, 32-28013 Madrid, with the purpose of managing the allegations, conducting the investigation into the allegations, taking all relevant corrective measures, and, if necessary, informing you of the results of said procedures.

Your data will be dealt with confidentially and will not be disclosed to any third party unless this proves indispensable for the investigation of the allegations.

Furthermore, at any time you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by writing to the aforementioned postal address, providing a copy of your ID or equivalent document, and identifying yourself as a user of the Internal Complaints service.
