MIGUEL ANGEL CAYUELA

An economics graduate, Miguel Ángel Cayuela began his career at Grupo Santillana in 1985, in the area of market research and marketing. In 1991 he was named deputy managing director of Santillana for Mexico, becoming managing director of the group just four years later. In 2003, he returned to Madrid to take on the post of Operations Manager.

Miguel Ángel Cayuela was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Grupo Santillana in March, 2008.
