• Strategic partnership between PRISA and Indra

  PRISA has signed an agreement with Indra to implement a new model of Information and Communication Technologies that will work as a transversal and common tool for all the business areas of the Group at a global level. With this step PRISA starts the required changes to deal with the technological demands of the sectors in which the Group operates.

  Within this new model, Indra will be in charge of the operation and ICT management of the Group and PRISA will maintain the control of the service and its quality levels, the management of the demand, the evolution and innovation and the technological and strategic development of the business, as well as the performance of the coordination between the companies to adequate the needs of the Group.

  By means of this partnership, Indra will become a long term worldwide technological partner for PRISA to implement a new unified model to manage its information systems that will improve effectiveness, flexibility and will allow a greater control of the costs thanks to the application of synergies, scale economies and better practises.

  This strategic partnership allows PRISA to improve the pace of the technological innovation of the Group and contributes to the creation of value through the access to new products, services, formats and markets that will guarantee the richness of our unique offer of quality contents, thanks to the knowledge and technological capabilities of Indra.
