Sonia Dulá (Mexico, 1961) is an economist and entrepreneur and, until March 2018, was Vice Chairman of Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Prior to this position, she was Head of Private Banking for Latin America at Merrill Lynch and headed the Corporate and Investment Banking division for Latin America. While in this post, she oversaw all the investment banking businesses, including mergers and acquisitions, public issues of equity and debt, and corporate loans.

Dulá began her career in Mexico at Pemex. She worked for nine years at Goldman Sachs, where she oversaw a series of major privatizations in Spain, Italy and Mexico, and she was in charge of issuing global debt and equity for Latin American companies. After Goldman Sachs, Dulá served as managing director of Telemundo Studios Mexico, a Telemundo (USA) production center. She was also co-founder of two Internet companies, Internet Group of Brazil and Obsidiana. She served as managing director of Grupo Latino de Radio (PRISA), a company with more than 500 radio stations in Latin America and the US.

Dulá is a life member of the Council on Foreign Relations. She is also a member of the Latin America Strategic Advisory Board of Banco ITAU (Brazil). She has been a member of the board of directors of the Council of the Americas, Women's World Banking and The Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts. She was a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and the Global Diversity and Inclusion Council of Bank of America.

Dulá has a degree in Economics, Magna Cum Laude, from Harvard University, and an MBA from Stanford. She is listed on Fortune's "The 50 Most Powerful Latinas in Business", 2018.
