Education, information and entertainment processing Given the need for economic transformation, particularly in our industry, and the demands this places on organizations, 6 PRISA is forging ahead, from the Transformation Office, with a Plan designed to change its corporate culture and thereby become an innovative and dynamic user focussed organization. The Plan is organized around four main lines of action: professional development, leadership, training and knowledge management. The tools that are specific to the Plan go much further, however. They are envisaged as the very engine of this new culture: collaboration, horizontal development, renewal of leadership style, talent retention, transparency, dynamism, project-management culture, self-development, etc. The plan was designed with the cooperation of all PRISA companies and was subsequently approved by all CEOs. It has the ongoing support of all Communication and Human Resources teams. For the first time, all these new tools have been designed and launched for all Group employees, regardless of country, area or business unit or enterprise to which they belong. Over the course of 2012 all professionals have been able to avail of the creative collaboration platform Mi idea!; Jobs PRISA has also been launched, a new tool that represents a radical change in the dynamics of the recruitment and selection of professionals, which at the same time fosters talent retention by providing opportunities for promotion, change and learning. The year also saw the launch of PRISA Campus, an online training platform aimed at all professionals / students that allows them to follow courses from any country and from any device. More than 1,200 professionals have already enrolled in one of the available courses. Of particular note is the selection process underway, aimed at appointing 130 professionals from the middle levels of the organization who will act for the next three years as “agents of change”. All these initiatives and new tools, plus those due to be Toyoutome rolled out throughout 2013, are integrated into , PRISA’s first global social intranet platform. All PRISA employees also receive a daily tweet via email that helps communicate changes affecting society and the economy in general, as well as news and updates on PRISA products and businesses, and that keeps them abreast of the progress of Transformation Plan. And every month the corporate newsletter reinforces the communication of this content and of current projects. Also within this special Communication program, PRISA Toyoutome professionals have a brand-new medium, the blog , allowing them to share their personal vision and knowledge with other readers. 03
