March 30 and 31 Addressing human rights in the area of borders, migration, displaced persons and refugees, this event brought together experts from different countries such as Laura Thompson, Deputy Di-rector General of the International Organization for Migration (IOM); Juan Luis Cebrian, PRISA exe-cutive chair; Francesca Friz-Prguda, Unhcr repre-sentative; Jorge Bustamante Fernandez, a lawyer supporting the creative and cultural industries, offering an advice and design program for com-panies, as well as acting a role model for growing businesses. After the success of the first and second edi-tions, the RIC found that there was an increasing demand, which is why two editions were held in 2016: the third and fourth editions, which brought together 40 companies in the creative and cultural sector to explore the best methodology for innova-tion and growth.
