149 Social Responsibility and Sustainability Report 2017 | PRISA Ethics and integrity G4-56 Describe the organization’s values, principles, standards and norms of behavior such as codes of conduct and codes of ethics. 57-58 During 2016, the process of reviewing the Company’s criminal prevention mo-del (MPD) has been completed and, wi-thin the framework of this process and in the development of the Code of Ethics, the following internal regulations have been approved: Guidelines On Money Laundering, Gifts Policy, Anti-Corruption Policy and Antitrust Policy, with these last two standards being finally appro-ved in 2017. G4-57 Report the internal and external mechanisms for seeking advice on ethical and lawful beha-vior, and matters related to organizational integrity, such as helplines or advice lines. G4-58 Report the internal and external mechanisms for reporting concerns about unethical or un-lawful behavior, and matters related to organizational integrity, such as escalation through line management, whistleblowing mechanisms or hotlines. 57-59 In 2016, 18 complaints were received (9 in 2015), of which: • 11 have been addressed during the year. • 9 have been resolved in the year. • 7 complaints were not relevant or no action was required. The main complaints were related to irre-gularities in the recording of revenue in a branch of a Group company and were submitted by employees of that com-pany. Likewise, complaints have been received from third parties linked to the Group, regarding the broadcast of ina-ppropriate content during times when children might be listening or watching or improper use of social networks by employees. Following an analysis of the complaints, new control procedures ha-ve been established and the correspon-ding disciplinary measures have been taken in the workplace.
