The transformation of PRISA
Over the past few years, PRISA has embarked on a far-reaching transformation of the entire organization in order to adapt to the new digital world. PRISA's Transformation Office is responsible for driving this change in culture that will transform the organization into one that is more dynamic and focused on the user. The Plan is structured around four broad lines of action: professional development, leadership, training and knowledge management.
The Plan is also supported by 130 Group professionals who will be acting as Agents of Change over the coming years.
