Internal G4-LA16 Number of grievances about labor practices filed, addressed, and resolved through formal grievance mechanisms. PRISA promotes respect and equal opportunities for its workers through article 5 of its Code of Ethics and Con-duct. It also rejects any physical, sexual or psychological harassment, abuse of authority, defamation or any other form of aggression and hostility. To this end, PRISA has implemented a complaints channel, accessible on its website and on the employees’ intranet, as well as a post office box managed by the PRISA Compliance Unit. These two channels have been designed to recei-ve and process all communications in a confidential and anonymous fashion, ac-cording to established procedure. The compliance unit works continuously to resolve any issues and, when dee-med appropriate, in the application of disciplinary measures according to the procedures for absences and penalties provided for in the collective agreement or in the applicable labor legislation. Group (2) Human rights Investment Ethical management. Mixed G4-HR1 Total number and percentage of significant investment agreements and contracts that include human rights clauses or that underwent human rights screening. No material N.A. G4-HR2 Total hours of employee training on human rights policies or procedures concerning aspects of human rights that are relevant to operations, in-cluding the percentage of employees trained. Given the nature of PRISA’s business ac-tivities, training in Human Rights is not considered a priority, although the Group does make available to all its employees the Code of Conduct which sets out ba-sic principles in this area.
