AS.com revamps its mobile portal

It's now possible for sports fans can to enjoy, via AS.com and on any mobile phone device, all the most important sports events, including the BBVA League, Liga Adelante, Champions League and other football matches, as well as Formula 1 racing and tennis.

Goal by goal and lap by lap, fans, wherever they are and in real time, will be able to find out how their team is doing, follow Fernando Alonso on the track and Rafa Nadal on the court. The new section for live sports is the biggest novelty now available for both mobile phone platforms.

The mobile phone version boasts a new-look design and incorporates a system that allows for enhanced viewing from any terminal giving the user an unbeatable experience.

Another novelty, available on the iPhone version, is the addition of multimedia content providing the best videos from AStv, including the day's lead stories in images as well as news and roundups from the world's main football leagues.

Mobile phone users can personalize the site thanks to a menu which includes all the football clubs in the first and second divisions, thus enabling users to access from the home page all the latest news on their team, their team's position and upcoming games.

Both versions include the latest news, results, classifications and a calendar of sports events so fans won't miss a thing.

The mobile phone version of AS is free and can be downloaded by phone at m.as.com (http://m.as.com).

The application is also free for iPhone users and is available at the APP Store (iTunes application store) or through this link. Those users who already have the app installed can upgrade via iTunes under Applications.

Both the new WAP version and the iPhone app have been developed by Prisacom, Grupo PRISA's company dedicated to digital development.
