PRISA takes legal action against La Sexta tv channel, elconfidencial.com and eldiario.es

PRISA’s executive chairman, Juan Luis Cebrián, has taken legal action on his own behalf and that of the Group against the La Sexta television channel, ElConfidencial.com and ElDiario.es for the defamatory repoorts and comments broadcast and published by the three media outlets with the clear intention of linking him with the so-called "Panama papers ", in which he categorically does not appear.

The authors of the reports and comments, as well as those responsible for their dissemination, have been warned that such insinuations are absolutely false, have clear defamatory intent and pose a serious threat to the good repute and reputation of both Juan Luis Cebrián and the PRISA Group and its companies.
