The UAM-EL PAÍS School of Journalism

Since its inception, the UAM-El País School of Journalism has continuously renewed its commitment to society and has trained nearly 1,000 professionals who have taken on board the culture of quality journalism with which they will be better placed to strengthen civil society and democracy. At El País alone, 936 students have worked on internships and about 30 % of the newspaper’s workforce is now made up of the newspaper journalists trained at the School.
