Working environment and internal communication at PRISA

In recent years, PRISA has made the web environment a key tool for internal communication with the launch of the global intranet "Toyoutome". This is a community for all employees in the 22 countries where we operate, and has its own social network, the wall, that fosters networking, participation, collaboration and proactivity, thereby enhancing synergies that were previously inactive.

The Toyoutome blog is coordinated by the PRISA Transformation team. This team fosters digital knowledge and innovative thinking. It has therefore designed a Transformation Plan that will steer and drive the cultural change required by the new environment.
