The Readers’ Editor monitors and acts as guarantor of compliance with ethical rules, the rules of conduct and professional procedures as set out in the El Pais Style Book. The Readers’ Editor’s role focuses on responding to complaints, comments and suggestions from readers about the content of the newspaper.
