Procurement mdoel
Procurement policy
The Procurement Department serves as the main point of contact for all suppliers, and coordinates relationships with all PRISA Group companies, ensuring a procurement process based on objectivity, impartiality, transparency, and non-discrimination. The department also ensures that the supply chain adheres to the principles established in the PRISA Supplier Code of Ethics, which all suppliers must accept.
To meet these objectives, PRISA evaluates suppliers based on the following criteria, depending on the specific product or service:
- Price, quality, and delivery times
- Communication and collaboration
- Service level
- National and international coverage
- Financial stability
- Technical and production capacity
Procurement processes
- Suppliers must be registered and approved to participate in any procurement process.
- PRISA’s procurement processes begin with a request for proposals sent to approved suppliers who meet the requirements for that specific process.
- Suppliers will receive electronic notification of their inclusion in the process and will be invited to submit an offer.
- Once all offers have been received, the Procurement Department, using an electronic negotiation platform, will conduct negotiation rounds with the suppliers offering the most competitive terms, until a final agreement is reached.
