At the Corporate Center we deal with four different categories of the public. ƒƒShareholders: through the Shareholder Relations 84 Department, responsible for resolving all questions and concerns. ƒƒ Investors: through the Investor Relations Department. ƒƒMedia, institutions and members of the public: through the Corporate Communication department and its press office. They provide all relevant and up-to-date information and news on the Group and its companies, as well as answering questions and dealing with requests for information. ƒƒEmployees: In 2011 the new global intranet service Toyoutome was launched and it has gone from strength to strength. This is a common space, open to all, where people can share knowledge and news of what’s happening in their companies, create groups to share experiences from the different countries where we operate, and where we can all learn what the Company is doing and where it is going.
