Bujía holds degrees in Business Administration and Management and Law from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE, E-3). He worked in the Finance and Legal departments at Airbus Military in Toulouse and in BBVA’s Corporate Litigation Department in Madrid.

In 2006, he joined Deloitte, where he rose to Senior Manager, leading national and international projects for companies in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sectors. His work covered strategic and financial analysis, auditing and risk, strategic planning and execution, improving operating models, and transforming business processes.

In 2019, he joined PRISA Group as Chief Risk Officer (CRO), adding responsibility for Investor Relations to his role in 2022. In August 2024, he became Chief Operating and Financial Officer of Santillana. In September 2026, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of PRISA Group.
