04 Education, information and entertainment processing In 2012 PRISA continued to forge ahead with its ambitious transformation process. Since 2010 the Group has faced the challenge of upgrading its traditional business model to become a consumeroriented company through the most advanced technology. This process is tied to the changes that are utterly transforming the media and content sector, and requires PRISA to transform itself into a new company, focused not only on the production and distribution of content in Spanish and Portuguese, but also on acquiring in-depth knowledge of each and every one of its stakeholders, as well as on the use of new technologies.
