Begoña Arias Antolín

Begoña Arias holds a degree in Political and Administrative Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Management from ESIC Business & Marketing School. She brings nearly two decades of experience leading people management, talent development, and recruitment initiatives at media groups including Unidad Editorial and Vocento.

She began her career in 2000 at Recoletos Grupo de Comunicación — publisher of titles such as Expansión, Marca, Actualidad Económica, and Telva — as Head of Recruitment. After the group became part of Unidad Editorial in 2007, she held a series of positions of increasing responsibility before being appointed Director of HR Management and Recruitment, Training, and Development, a position she held until 2019.

In July 2020, Arias joined Vocento as Corporate Human Resources Director and Head of Compensation and Benefits. She joined PRISA in October 2025 as Managing Director of People and Talent at PRISA Media. And since May 2026, she has taken on the corporate and coordination responsibilities of the Human Resources Directorate for the entire PRISA Group.
