Marta Bretos

Marta Bretos has a degree in Political Science from the Complutense University of Madrid and is a Labor and Social Security Inspector on leave of absence. In 2011, she joined PRISA as Director of Human Resources for the Radio division and in 2021 she became the Chief Human Resources Officer of the entire Media Group. Prior to joining PRISA, she was Chief Human Resources Officer of the Spanish Radio and Television Corporation.

She began her professional career in 1992 as a Labor and Social Security Inspector, first in Álava and later in Albacete. In 1994 she joined the Ministry of Public Works as Head of the Labor Relations Service; in 1996 she was appointed Head of the Economic Area of ​​the Ministry of Public Works and a year later she was appointed Head of the Labor Personnel Area at ​​the same Ministry. In 2001 she joined the Correos Group as Chief Human Resources Officer, a post she held until 2007 when she was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer at RTVE.
