LDV has successfully developed a wide range of digital advertising solutions in different areas such as programmatic display, video and mobile. The company enjoys a solid position in the Mexican and US Hispanic markets thanks to its sales team, the quality of the media which it represents, its innovation in developing advertising formats, and technology applied to optimizing the processes and results of campaigns.

"For Prisa, this acquisition is key to expanding our digital marketing capabilities in the Americas in areas that require expertise such as programmatic display, mobile and video. It will instantly supply us with new talent, resources and solutions that will help us consolidate our position in the region and will enable us to provide our advertisers with a complete service of maximum efficiency, wherever they need it, and with the guarantee of Premium audiences,” said Ignacio Soto, Chief Revenue Officer of Grupo Prisa.

With this acquisition, Prisa seeks to focus on accelerating the current capabilities of LDV with an ambitious internationalization plan embracing new markets such as Colombia, Argentina and Chile. It also aims to offer new services such as native advertising and digital audio, thereby diversifying and broadening its product portfolio in all major markets.

Giuliano Stiglitz, CEO of Latam Digital Ventures, says that "being acquired by a renowned group such as Prisa is undoubtedly thanks to the excellence we’ve demonstrated since we launched. We believe we have a very unique offer for both Premium programmatic display as well as mobile and video, which has allowed us to gain the trust of many premium sites and among the most important advertisers. With Grupo Prisa, we will reinforce our position and we foresee tremendous potential for growth."

Giuliano Stiglitz will continue as CEO of Latam Digital Ventures, leading the growth of its existing business and overseeing the expansion plans. He’ll be working alongside Chechu Lasheras, Chief Digital Revenue Officer of Grupo Prisa, to ensure the successful integration and synergies of the group.
