Bid over Sogecable shares

In relation with the agreement of formulating a mandatory bid over 100% of Sogecable shares that was announced last December 20th, Grupo PRISA informs that today has been presented to the National Securities Markets Commission, the application to authorize this offer together with the explanatory brochure in order to initiate the administrative procedures. For technical reasons the initial prise of 27, 98€ per share has been rounded up to 28€ per share.
