According to the latest audit from ECAR (ECAR2 2010), Cadena Caracol, with 8,826,600 listeners, maintains its absolute market-share lead in Colombia with an audience share of 39.8%.
In the national ranking, Cadena Caracol has four brands among the top ten stations. In first place, Caracol Radio has gained 334 000 new listeners, reporting its highest figure ever, with 1,862,000 listeners. It has more than double the audience of RCN, its closest competitor. Tropicana holds on to second place and is the most listened to music station in the country.

Caracol Radio's programs are clear market leaders. Morning program 6 AM Hoy x Hoy is the most listened to news and current affairs program in Colombia, followed by La W. Caracol enjoys a 62% audience share for news and current affairs, nationwide.
