Cuatro's in-house branding and promotions team have once again won international recognition. The TV channel has won the Laus de Oro in the category for best audiovisual works. The renowned promo made for the release of the latest season of Lost took the prestigious prize at the recent awards ceremony in Barcelona.
It's not the first award for the promo, which caused a worldwide sensation on the Internet and was praised by the creators of the hit series. Earlier this year the promo won gold at the 2010 PromaxBDA Europe Awards and a gold and silver medal at the New York Festivals 2010
Established in 1964 by the art directors and graphic designers association, ADG-FAD, the Laus Awards honor creativity and excellence in the field of visual and graphic communication. The awards are given in the categories of Graphic Design, Interactive, Advertising and Audiovisual. A total of 1116 works competed for the prizes, at this, the 40th outing for the annual awards.
