El País strengthens its newsstand lead

Newspaper El País has strengthened its lead among the non-giveaway press in the month of June. The paper closed the month with an average daily circulation of 370,121 copies according to figures from the audit bureau OJD (Oficina de Justificación de la Difusión), pending certification. El País now enjoys a lead of 66,500 copies over its nearest competitor.

Among the sports press, As closed June with an average daily circulation of 209,304 copies, while business and finance daily Cinco Días closed the month with an average daily circulation of 31,513 copies.
