Given the news spread by different media, PRISA confirms that the Spanish antitrust regulator (Comisión Nacional de Competencia- CNC) has not taken a formal decision yet related to the integration of Cuatro and Telecinco and the entrance of Telefónica and Telecinco in the share capital of Digital+.

Regarding the Telecinco/Cuatro deal, the CNC has estimated on a preliminary basis that conditions proposed by Telecinco avoid possible antitrust problems.

In relation with the entrance of Telefónica and Telecinco in Digital+, talks with the CNC are ongoing to reach an agreement, that enable us the entrance of both companies in the share capital of Digital+.

PRISA expects a positive ruling on both proceedings in the short term.
