Felipe de Lucas, new General Manager of PRISA Brand Solutions

Felipe de Lucas has been appointed General Manager of PRISA Brand Solutions, the Sales and Marketing division of PRISA created in 2010 after the merger of the Group's two media sales companies: Box Advertising, responsible for managing advertising in print and online, and GDM, responsible for advertising space on television and radio.

Felipe de Lucas has served as director of business development for Digital+ since 2010. Previously he was manager of newspaper EL PAÍS and, in his long career at PRISA, he has held various positions at business and finance daily CINCO DÍAS, at regional newspapers and GMI.

Lucas replaces Bill Derrenger, who had headed the company since its creation and where he led the integration of PRISA's sales and marketing units.

PRISA Brand Solutions has nearly 300 employees at eight offices, managing a portfolio of over 60 communications media. Its business model is based on differentiation, and offers customers a combination of media solutions tailored to their individual needs.
