Iñaki de la Torre, new editor-in-chief of the magazine ROLLING STONE

The journalist Iñaki de la Torre has been named editor-in-chief of ROLLING STONE and Rollingstone.es, both published by Prisa Revistas. De la Torre will head the Spanish edition of this legendary brand, created in 1967.

 

Iñaki de la Torre, a graduate in Information Sciences from Madrid’s Universidad Complutense was until now section editor and head the Quo website, the popular science magazine published by the Hearst group. Previously, he worked at Hachette Filipacchi, where he oversaw the design of content and new titles, in addition to the redesign of existing ones. Throughout his career he has worked with various media outlets, including M80 Radio, and he is currently a regular contributor to the program Ventana on radio network Cadena Ser. De la Torre has also been a bass player and singer for over 20 years.

ROLLING STONE, launched in 1999 by Prisa, keeps readers up to date on all the latest trends in contemporary music, culture and lifestyle. ROLLINGSTONE.es reaches 739,815 unique users ebvery month (source: Omniture), with an additional 305,000 readers for the print magazine (source: EGM). In total, ROLLING STONE boasts more than 1.1 million readers per month, with a further 554,919 followers of the brand on social networks.
