PRISA entrusts T-Systems with the digital management of services

T-Systems, the IT business services division of Deutsche Telekom, will run the management and administration of PRISA Servicios Digitales (PSD) technical infrastructure. PSD is PRISA group's division in charge of operation services and the distribution of digital news, education and entertainment content.

The aim of T-Systems Iberia is to provide an online platform serving all of the Group's business units, which is committed to the further development of digital content and to strengthening its process of internationalization in the European and American markets, especially in the U.S., Brazil, Argentina and Mexico, where the group is already present.

T-Systems will provide a Customer Care Center service and the German company has designed a comprehensive model that will provide multilingual telephone service to users and internal clients from its own facilities 24 hours a day.
