06-02-2014

Los40.com aims to become the online magazine of reference among its target audience

New design, enhanced usability, new content, new services covering entertainment and all the latest trends, and greater interactivity and social networking integration are just some of the novelties being rolled out by the website of  40 Principales, Spain’s leading music station -- with 3.616 million listeners (3rd quarter EGM 2013).

With new sections on beauty, fashion, video games, technology, and film and television, the site also seeks to take the lead in the online magazine segment for young people. New content includes all the latest on video games, courtesy of Meristation, the leading portal in this sector; fashion posts by the biggest names in pop music; cinema and TV listings; the Top 40; personality tests; and pop quizzes. The new site is committed to adding further innovations that will greatly enhance the web user experience.

With this new website, 40 Principales seeks to generate greater user engagement and to strengthen the user’s bond with the brand, resulting in more time spent browsing and a greater number of pageviews. Thanks to thematic segmentation, the new website also offers advertisers new advertising formats and a greater array of opportunities for sponsorship and for the integration of their products.

Sites run by Los40.com closed 2013 with almost 1.5 million unique users worldwide, with the aggregate figure encompassing users of los40.com and los40viajes.es, according to data from comScore.
