Marta Bretos Serrano, new Director of Human Resources at PRISA Radio

Marta Bretos Serrano has been appointed Director of Human Resources at PRISA Radio, reporting directly to the Director General. Marta holds a BA in Political Science from UCM and was previously HR Director at RTVE.

She began her professional career in 1992 as Inspector of Labour and Social Security, first in Álava and then in Albacete. In 1994 she joined the Ministry of Public Works as Head of Labour Relations; in 1996 she was appointed Head of Economic Area at the Ministry for Development and Public Works and a year later she was named head of staff relations at the same ministry. In 2001 she joined Grupo Correos (Post Office) as Corporate Director of Human Resources until in 2007 she was appointed HR Director at RTVE.

Her background, experience and professional know-how will serve her well in her new role, where she will be setting and monitoring talent recruitment policy and developing a specific training and career development  programs for all  PRISA Radio employees.
