The Board of Directors of PRISA, meeting this Tuesday, has appointed Teresa Quirós as an independent director. Quirós will also act as Chairperson of the Audit, Risks and Compliance Committee, following a proposal by the group’s Appointments, Remuneration and Corporate Governance Committee.
