PRISA completes debt refinance deal and sells Santillana Spain to Sanoma

Grupo PRISA has today registered two key operations with the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV). Both are considered crucial for the Group's strategic road map. Firstly, agreements have been reached with all creditors, which see refinancing and modification of debt. Meanwhile, the sale of Santillana Spain has been formalized – to Sanoma Corporation, a Finnish media company which is active in Europe and in the education sector.
