Carlos Núñez is appointed Executive Chairperson of PRISA Media

The Board of Directors of PRISA has approved, following a proposal by the Appointments, Remuneration and Corporate Governance Committee, the appointment of Carlos Núñez as Executive Chairperson of PRISA Media. The Board also agreed to ask the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of PRISA to approve his appointment as a director. His appointment as Executive Chairperson of PRISA Media will be effective as of May 24.
