PRISA adds five new directors to its board

The Board of Directors of PRISA, which today met in Madrid, has approved the appointment of five new directors. They are the Mexican economist and businesswoman Sonia Dulá, the Mexican economist and politician Francisco Gil, the politician and businessman Javier Gomez- Navarro, the businessman and lawyer Javier de Jaime, and the entrepreneur and technology expert Javier Monzón. They join the new Board of Directors following the changes announced by the company last week after its Shareholders’ Meeting.
