Additionally, and subject to established legal procedures, regular meetings are held with various workers’ representatives to measure the degree of satisfaction of our employees. This evaluation of the work environment allows us to improve internal communication and to develop new communication channels aimed at improving the welfare of our employees. The main channel for internal communication of the corporate center is the SomosPRISA intranet. In 2010 this channel’s design was updated, and the number of published reports and topics offered was increased.
