INTERNAL CODE OF CONDUCT
REGARDING THE SECURITIES
MARKETS (RIC)
The Internal Code of Conduct regarding the Securities
Markets (RIC) sets the standards of conduct
to be followed in proceedings relating to securities
markets, and establishes rules on the communication
of relevant information about the Company
to the market, in a timely and accurate fashion, to
thereby prevent the misuse of inside information
and resolve any possible conflicts of interest.
This regulation is applicable to all members of the
Board of Directors and members of senior management,
as well as corporate center directors and
other officers and employees of the Group who
may be privy to inside information.The Internal
Code of Conduct is communicated to all persons
to whom it is applicable, and who are requested to
sign that they are aware both of its contents as well
as the obligation to adhere to it.
PRISA’s Compliance Unit, with the support of the
Secretary General of the Group, will oversee compliance
with the Codes of Conduct included in this
Regulation.
